How are email sales assigned in BrainSINS?

By default, in BrainSINS, we have the sales assignment for email abandonment set to "post send" with 3 days margin. This metric can be modified from the "configuration" panel in BrainSINS analytics Gear-icon-md.png (gear top right). Then, on the left, click on "Account info" and the last section is the one corresponding to the sales assignment. The possible states are:  

  • Post Send: the sales assignment will be made when the customer buys after received a cart abandonment email.
  • Post view: the sales assignment will be made when the customer buys after having opened the abandon cart email.
  • Post click: the sales assignment will be made when the customer buys after having clicked inside the abandon cart email.

The field "days" indicates the days after the customer has performed the action (send, view or click) in which, if a purchase is completed, it will be attributed by BrainSINS.
